Ader Media provides B2B marketing automation, database reactivation, SMS communication systems, and related consulting services primarily to U.S.-based dental and healthcare clinics.

We operate strictly in a business-to-business capacity.

Nothing on our website constitutes medical, financial, or legal advice.

7. SMS & Communication Terms

If you provide your phone number through our forms:

1. You consent to receive communications related to your inquiry or service request.
2. Message types may include: follow-up messages related to your inquiry or application; appointment confirmations and reminders; missed-call text-back notifications; service-related updates and onboarding communications; operational notifications relevant to your engagement with Ader Media.
3. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction.
4. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”

We do not send cold SMS.

We do not use automated prerecorded voice solicitations.

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with any third party. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

8. Data Processing Role

For website visitors and leads, Ader Media acts as a data controller.

For client patient data processed under service agreements, Ader Media acts as a data processor or service provider under applicable agreements and executed Business Associate Agreements (BAA) where required.

We process client data strictly under client instruction.

9. HIPAA Compliance

Where applicable, we operate under executed Business Associate Agreements with client clinics.

We do not guarantee specific financial, operational, or revenue results unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Marketing performance depends on numerous external factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, internal clinic processes, patient acceptance rates, and regulatory compliance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ader Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services during the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

• For violation of these Terms
• For unlawful activity
• For non-payment under service agreements

Termination does not relieve parties of accrued obligations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Where required by U.S. law for specific client agreements, supplemental jurisdiction clauses may apply under separate written contracts.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
