We don’t promise you patients, and frankly, no marketing agency can. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something they can’t deliver. What we promise is narrower and more specific: every person who shows up to their consult will actually need the treatment, will be financially qualified to proceed with it, and will show up to the consult. That’s the commitment. We only get paid when all three of those things are true.
That’s between you and your treatment coordinator. We deliver verified, show-ready consults: credit-screened, income-screened, decision-maker present. What happens in the room is your side of the partnership. Our job is to make sure the right people show up.
You pay a flat fee per qualified patient who physically arrives and completes intake at your practice. Cancellations, no-shows, and ghosts cost you nothing.
Variant A is full service. We book directly into your calendar, handle all reminders, and guarantee the show. You do nothing until the patient walks in. Variant B delivers qualified leads to your team and your front desk handles the scheduling. Variant A costs more per unit because the service scope is significantly larger.
Every patient must pass three criteria before they’re delivered to you: 650+ credit score verified on the qualification call, decision-maker present at the appointment, and a valid card on file securing the no-show deposit. All three, every time, no exceptions.
Two. First, any patient or lead that fails the qualification criteria after delivery gets replaced, up to two replacements per slot at no extra cost. Second, if we miss the guaranteed delivery timeline, any remaining shows are delivered free. Plus, based on your capacity and how much you’re willing to invest in advertising we may be able to guarantee a set number of shows. But we can discuss this during a demo.
They don’t count as a billable show. You only pay when the patient physically arrives and completes intake. If they no-show, we replace the slot. Simple.
Yes. There are no exclusivity restrictions on your end. You can run SEO, Google Ads, social, whatever you’re already doing. We operate as an additional acquisition channel, not a replacement.
For Variant A: a signed BAA, read/write calendar access, agreed consult slots held open weekly, and your creative assets (photos, before/afters, testimonials) submitted within 7 days of signing. For Variant B: creative assets and ad spend funded. That’s it.
We integrate directly with your practice management software, including Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and similar platforms. Once the BAA is executed and access is granted, we handle all booking and reminder sequences end-to-end.
You get weekly performance reports, a shared tracking sheet pre-filled with every lead’s qualification data, and a 15-minute weekly optimization call. You always know exactly where your pipeline stands.
Once your market is confirmed available, onboarding takes 1 to 2 weeks, covering creative setup, funnel build, and integration. The delivery clock starts only after your BAA is signed, calendar access is granted, ad spend is funded, and your creative assets are submitted.
No. We work with one practice per defined market or territory. Once you’re in, no competing All-On-X practice in your area has access to our campaigns. Your pipeline is protected.
